• Service Contracts

  Signing a Service Agreement will ensure dependable, worry-free service. All ArborLawn customers with a signed service agreement receive automatic service scheduling, preferential service call scheduling and early pre-pay discount opportunities. The following services automatically renew on a yearly basis:

  • Spring Turn-on: The technician will turn water on to the system and inspect plumbing and vacuum breaker. Then activate controller, set watering schedule and test all valves in system. He will install a new battery (at additional cost) when needed, then inspect and adjust system for proper coverage, plus check all lines, heads, and nozzles.

  • Summer Efficiency Program: This service is imperative for good system performance. We know the cost of water is a concern. We will adjust sprinklers for proper coverage, plus reprogram the controller for proper seasonal watering needs. We will scrutinize all system components for proper operation. For your convenience, the Summer Efficiency Program offers three options from which to choose:

    • Premiere Option: This program consists of three summer checks timed for the ever changing summer weather.
    • Deluxe Option: This program allows the lawn sprinkler system to be evaluated and adjusted twice throughout the summer.
    • Basic Option: This visit will evaluate and adjust your irrigation system once when the weather heats up during the summer.
  
  

  • Winterization: The technician will turn the water off to sprinkler system and drain inside pipes and vacuum breaker. The technician will deactivate controller and valves, and remove battery if solid state controller. The technician will also clear all lines of water with compressed air and open all manual drains and faucet.
